The article deals with the composition and macro analysis of innovation development. The author applies an indicator of the level of concentration of innovative activity as a characteristic of operating capacity. The article shows the increase in the concentration of innovation activities by more than 2,5 times in the field of research and development. The researcher substantiates the regulations on formation of internal and external innovation environment of producers and consumers of innovative products.
